Your #1 Match: INTJ

The Scientist

You have a head for ideas - and you are good at improving systems.
Logical and strategic, you prefer for everything in your life to be organized.
You tend to be a bit skeptical. You're both critical of yourself and of others.
Independent and stubborn, you tend to only befriend those who are a lot like you.

You would make an excellent scientist, engineer, or programmer.

You are analytical and logical - and on a quest to learn everything you can.
Smart and complex, you always love a new intellectual challenge.
Your biggest pet peeve is people who slow you down with trivial chit chat.
A quiet maverick, you tend to ignore rules and authority whenever you feel like it.

You would make an excellent mathematician, programmer, or professor.

Greetings Blog readers! Yes, I have a blog! Now I have to write things on this screen that is going on in my head. A challenge at times!

Today, I got up early (around 4 a.m.) and couldn't go back to sleep so I prayed for a friend who is going to spend some time with his uncle (sam). He just got married this summer and so I know he is dealing with alot of thouhts about the journey he is about to embark on.

I also prayed for my sons and for my own walk with God. Sometimes I get so busy working for God that I have no time to enjoy him, or worse yet, allow him to lead me, shape me, and use me. It was a good time, quite and centered on Christ who I love and seek to serve.

I drove in to campus and wanted to get an early start on a full day and as i drove on campus I was reminded about the importance of our (my) calling and our ministry at the MU. The persons who walk the sidewalks and sit in the classrooms, & hangout @ memorial union are people who are for the most part are on the front end of their journey called life. I can only hope that they find meaning, purpose, peace and satifaction. Many people seek to find these things from what they seek to do or be about. An occupation that pays well, or provides a sense of purpose. Many find those things through relationship with other significant people that bring fulness and color into their lives. To find these things in their fullness (meaning, purpose, peace and satisfaction), one must look byond, career and companions and look toward their creator. Only when we understand WHO we are can we know WHY we are, and when we know why we are, we can fully engage in life. Whoa! Didn't mean to lecture. Anyway, when I drove down Rollins at 5:00 a.m. it was conspicuously absent of people and it reminded me of them.

I'm at work and cleaning up 701 email messages that need to be tossed, sorted, or replied to. Don't you just love how the computer has made our jobs easier!

Until next time...
